Find a new fitness challenge

Here's our starter for 10 (actually for 5 but do call us for the rest) :

  • Fruit and veggie challenge – get in your 5 a day and build it up to more.
  • Walk – walk your dog further, do your 10,000 steps a day, walk a national trail.
  • Nordic walk - try a Park Run or join a session.
  • Run – do your first 5k, 10k, half marathon or marathon .
  • Cycle – try your first Sportive.
