Our weekly Nordic walks timetable

Once you have completed an introductory course with us you are welcome to join any of our Nordic walks at various locations. We vary them every week to keep you exploring and to provide you with the best experience depending on the conditions. The way it works is that we send out a newsletter to let you know where the walks are every week.

The following is a rough guide to the grades of the Nordic walks:

  • FAST: 2 hours, travelling up 10km in more remote areas and are for the fitter walker
  • MODERATE: up to 1.5 hours and for those who are improving their fitness  – they are more moderately-paced with some smaller hills and cover up to 6km. 
  • GENTLE: up to an hour on flatter terrain and for those looking to build their fitness.
